Our Story
Pudong Prime Int’l Logistics Inc. established in 2002 in
Shanghai and it approved as an "A" license forwarding company
by China Ministry of Commerce, NVOCC by Federal Maritime
Commission (FMC) and China NVOCC by Ministry of Communication,
and its predecessor Shanghai Pudong Int’l transportation
forwarding company was built by Shanghai Pudong new area
Municipal Economics and trade commission in 1996. In order to
develop more professionally, Pudong Prime Group was founded in
2002 when it separated from Pudong Int’l.
In Year 1999, we stepped out of state and gone to the world, built our PUDONGTRANS USA INC at LAX (USA) , and it becomes a subsidiary company of Pudong Prime in 2010.
With more than 500 employees, our assets amounted to more than $100 million. Set up a lot of representative office in all major cities, built our own international logistics industry network all over the world, and realized an annual-trade amount more than RMB 1.6 billion. We are making great strides towards a more refined and specialized direction professionally.
